We work closely with a locally renowned Felixstowe butcher who handcrafts our delicious and unique burgers. Our butcher uses top quality chuck mince and a mixture of herbs and spices, culminating in the ‘ultimate beef burger’. This friendship means we are also able to enjoy free range chicken, as well as premium Blythburgh Pork, all sourced from our local area of Suffolk.

Our steaks are sourced locally and ethically, using trusted suppliers within a 20 mile radius of our restaurant.
We only buy our meat from rare breed, free range cattle, fed purely on a grass diet. All of our steaks are dry aged for a minum of 35 days. Dry ageing is our preferred method to traditional ‘wet ageing’ techniques used by the majority of butchers. Dry ageing not only enhances the flavour significantly, but also tenderises the beef.
We take great pride in sourcing local ingredients and supporting businesses within the town of Felixstowe and surrounding areas wherever possible.
